| As of September 14, 2009 Zarafa has appointed Mirjam Scholtes to the position of Communication & PR Manager. In her new role she will be responsible for the international positioning of Zarafa. Besides that she will act as a press officer and take care of media relations. This appointment is in line with the strategy of the quickly growing company to strengthen the external positioning of Zarafa’s brand. Mirjam joins Zarafa from Logica, a business and ICT services company. Lately she worked for Logica as a press officer and was responsible for the Public Sector and Industry, Distributions & Transport divisions. Mirjam has more than 10 years’ experience within communications and has worked for the ICT sector for 17 years. |

The Zarafa Summercamp 2010 came to an end on Friday the 18th of June – a 2 day conference which again drew a lot of interest, cementing its position at the top of European open source vendor events, through even higher attendance numbers than in 2009 and intensified contributions of community members and partners.
At the second day of its Summercamp, the Dutch mobile messaging and collaboration specialist Zarafa launches an integration framework that will give the open source community and commercial integrations with Zarafa's Collaboration Platform a next big boost.
